Watercolour card today - Winter Christmas

Thanks for popping in

Been a day of doing my watercolour paintings

So here is a card I have just made.

Tried to get the feel of Winter.

All done on white Watercolour card

Hope it works, been mixing different colours together, blues, grey, violet and ochre.

Stamped image from Hobby Art first using black versafine ink - the Country View and
added some sheep in the foreground .

Then painted - very relaxing :)

Final part was to use glue and sprinkle on snow glitter and then used acrylic paint to make snow on top - to give a bit of texture. Added white acrylic paint to the trees and dots of white to make snowflakes.

Mounted onto dark blue backing card onto white card blank.

Would like to enter this for the following

  10. Beautiful scene. Lovely to be reminded that you don't have to fill the card with stamping, less is definitely more 😃
