Majestic Highland stag

Hiya and here we are again

Hope you had a good weekend..... was a busy one for me mainly in the garden
and went for a walk yesterday.

Must try to do more walking and a little less sitting down .... but that
would mean not so much crafting. Suppose it is balance?

I would like to welcome Victoria to my blog and do pop over to see
her ....

Here is my card for today

I have used Ken Oliver Burst powders for the background - so love the way the
powders do their own thing.

Then used the lovely Stag Stencil from Clarity Stamps using first
black archival inks and then used an alcohol pen to colour in to make the stag
much darker.

I used one of the grass Clarity stamps to make the foreground in 2 different shades of
distress inks.

Used a mask for making the hills in the background - shading with blue for the furthest hills and green for the hills which are closer.

Used the Clarity brushes to shade the edges with yellow and green.

Mounted onto black card onto a card blank

Very majestic Highland Stag

Hope you like it and would like to enter it
for the following

Just off now for a quick walk so bye for now
and
